Overview

These terms govern your use of the Dimea Arcade website (dimea.audio) and the purchase of products by Dimea Arcade, operated by Dimitri Dähler. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these terms.

Products

Two products are currently available:

• Arcade Chord Control — an audio plugin (VST3/AU/AAX) for macOS and Windows. Sold as a perpetual single-user license.
• DIMEOLA — a hardware MIDI controller. Currently in development; available for pre-order via a non-refundable deposit. See the Refund Policy for deposit terms.

Plugin License Grant

Purchasing Arcade Chord Control grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to install and use the software on your own devices. You may not:

• Redistribute the software or share your license key with others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Create derivative works based on the software
• Use the license on behalf of multiple users or organizations

The license is tied to your email address and is managed via LemonSqueezy. License keys are revoked upon refund.

Payment Processing

Plugin purchases are processed by LemonSqueezy, who acts as the Merchant of Record. LemonSqueezy handles VAT collection, payment processing, and billing disputes on our behalf. By purchasing, you also agree to LemonSqueezy's Terms of Service.

Hardware deposits are processed by Stripe or Coinbase Commerce (for cryptocurrency payments). For payment-related inquiries, contact contact@dimea.io.

Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary:

• Plugin (Arcade Chord Control): 14-day refund, no questions asked. Email contact@dimea.io with your order number.
• Hardware deposit (DIMEOLA): Non-refundable if you cancel. See the Refund Policy for full terms, including the project cancellation clause.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the plugin or website to:

• Engage in any unlawful activity
• Reverse engineer any software or circumvent license protection mechanisms
• Redistribute Arcade Chord Control or its license keys
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Dimea Arcade

Disclaimer of Warranties

The software and website are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Dimea Arcade does not warrant that the plugin will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities. You use the software at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dimea Arcade's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the use of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Dimea Arcade is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
