Overview

Dimea Arcade wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy covers refunds for Arcade Chord Control (software plugin) and DIMEOLA hardware deposits.

Plugin Refunds — Arcade Chord Control

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund, email contact@dimea.io with your order number (found in your LemonSqueezy purchase receipt). Refunds are processed manually via the LemonSqueezy seller dashboard.

Upon issuing a refund, your license key will be deactivated and access to software activations will be revoked. You must uninstall the plugin from all devices.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method (card or PayPal via LemonSqueezy).

Hardware Deposits — DIMEOLA

Pre-ordering DIMEOLA requires a deposit of approximately CHF 100–150 (exact amount confirmed at checkout — approximately 20–30% of the CHF 499 unit price). This deposit secures your place in the production run.

Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your reservation. The deposit covers initial manufacturing and supply chain costs that are committed at the time of your order.

However, if Dimea Arcade cancels the DIMEOLA hardware project for any reason, all deposits will be refunded in full via the original payment method within 30 days of the cancellation announcement.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned via your original payment method. Cryptocurrency refunds (Coinbase Commerce) may take additional time depending on network conditions and will be returned in the same currency if possible, or as USDC.
